~S*I*N*G*A*P*O*R*E- Day 6~

13th April 2010

This morning, I went out with

my aunt, uncle, mom, Kai Jun & Kai Hong.

to the Temple, again.

It was the

Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery

莲山双林寺

Eventually, it was planned that I was to follow my aunt & mom to
Ang Mo Kio today.

But my 表妹 called asked me out.
I planned to go Bugis again.
So we met up at the City Hall MRT Station then will go to Bugis together.

We reached Bugis & we wander around~
She went to have a pray at the Guan Yin Temple that I went the day before.

After that, the sky started to become darker.

It's going to rain soon.
So we went into the Bugis Mall.

It was 6pm++, so we had our tea time+dinner there.

There were many delicious food~!!

I bought Yami Yougurt Ice-cream ♥with mixed fruits.

YUMMY~!!

She bought Tako Pachi ♥& Korean Rice Cake♥

We shared=)

We also bought Chewy Cream Puff ♥

from the Chewy Junior stall.

S$1.40 or S$1.60 each.

Here were the food we bought:

The food I bought today was my 1st time eating them...

Feel like flying when eating them...

Especially this ♥♥♥Mochi filled with Ice-cream:♥♥♥

I bought Rasberry flavour.♥

We shared the small Mochi which cost us S$2.00~!!

We feel like melting when eating it...

We went to 313 Somerset after Bugis.

We just there for window shopping again.

We rested at the stool available near the Forever 21 outlets.

I did something crazy.=)

About 7.30pm, we need to get back.

I back my aunt's house.

She back her sister's house.

We headed to different MRT.

It was a fun day, with her.=)

12th April 2010

After our breakfast,

my aunt, Kai Hong, mom & me

went to Bugis, by public bus No. 56

In the bus

At Bugis.

My mom & me went to the

观音堂

to have a pray~
while my aunt sit under a shady tree to take care of baby Kai Hong.

After that, we went to the Mall not far from the temple.
While mom was talking with the promoter.

Shopping for cheap stuffs is the best there.
but still, I didn't buy anything.
except for souvenirs.
I regretted that I didn't buy more=.=

We had our lunch at the food stalls available there.

We went back by MRT after the lunch.

Baby Kai Jun slept in the MRT=)

Particular night, my cousin fetched us to see the  
Merlion
He dropped us at the entrance to the Merlion Park
& drove away
while we went to take some photos with the Merlion.

We went to have supper at the

永和豆浆油条大王

 which opens for 24 hours.

It was located at the Lorong 27A Geylang.

Their 油条 were the longest that I have ever seen.

About the carrot cake.
The servant said that their carrot cake is "special", not like others.

But the fact was, they just add a piece of fried egg above the carrot cake.
I was like... *speechless*

When we reach my cousin's home, it was about 12am.
Tired, but happy to see that Merlion=)

That's the 5th day at Singapore.

11th April 2010

It's Sunday, my cousin didn't work today~
He fetched aunt, uncle, mom, Kai Jun & me
to
Universal Studio Singapore~!!
Finally, something INTERESTING~!!

While waiting for him to get his car at the carpark, I didn't waste my time~

*hahaha*
On the way, Happy=)

After we had our car parked at the parking basement
we went up to the 'heaven'~

Aunt, Uncle & Mom went to casino.

went into the Universal Studio~!!

Paying the tickets, which were $72 each~!!
RM172.80~!!
*omg~!! DAMN expensive!!*

The design of the buildings were...
AMAZINGLY beautiful~!!

We went to the Madagascar Island~

I followed my nephew to have a ride at this:

There was a big pond view beside this ride.

Next stop was the Far Far Away~

 

First, we went to have a ride on the Enchanted Airways

Then we went into the Shrek Castle

While waiting for the gate to be opened.

We were there, for 4D movie~

Moving seats,
getting sprinkled by water,
wind blowing at the neck area of the seats,
something quick touching ur legs at the bottom of the seats
It's FUN=)

This is the Souvenier Shop after we leave the 4D cinema

3rd stop was The Lost World.
We went to have our lunch at the Discovery Food Court.

My cousin helped me to buy my lunch
while waiting for my lunch.

Here, our lunch, Chicken Rice & Roasted Pork rice

So so only actually.

After the lunch, we continued the 'journey'~

I played the Canopy Flyer in the Jurassic Park
which was not allowed for small kid like Kai Jun.
 

So his dad accompanied him to play the Dino-Soarin'

I waited for a long time for the ride.
Within the time I lined up at the Canopy Flyer till I finished riding it,
they have played the Dino-Soarin' for 3 times.
*Kai Jun won't feel boring anyway~*

Next stop was the Egypt.

This was a Revenge of the Mummy
 which was quite furious where the person who wear spectacles are not allowed to play.
I really regreted that I didn't go into this game.
(bcoz I feel ashame for them to wait me outside)
*stupid me*

Next, it was the Sci Fi City:

There was a extreme-looking roller coaster, but the thing was:
IT WAS NOT WORKING~!!!

FINE~!!

We went to have a play on the spinning seats.

Here, was the Hollywood City~

There was a retail store selling many special hats:
I took the American colours hat & the Witch Hat

♥I love them~!!♥
Really hope that I can take photos with all of them~!!

My cousin gave me his $5 rebate voucher, so I have $10 vouchers~!!
I bought candy~

When I came out of the shop, I saw Kai Jun has fallen asleep...
He was tired...

 

Since that my nephew has slept, he called his parents to meet up & go back.

While waiting for them...

I really feel bad & dissapointed about this.
Not taking enough photos in this EXPENSIVE-entrance.
* really hope that I can have my friends with me that time...*
But nothing can be done.

That night, everyone of us had dinner with my other 3 cousins.

10th April 2010

We went to Orchard Road today.

This was my ezLink card for the MRT & Bus services.

(Cards were borrowed by my uncle, they have extras)

We took the MRT to the Orchard Station
which was linked to the ION Orchard.
It was a shopping Mall.

Walked walked walked
Window Shopped Window Shopped

I never thought of buying anything from the Malls in Singapore
becoz it was damn expensive for me, as a Malaysian.
I was there, to enjoy the nice environment in the Malls.
*haha, crazy, I know~*

 but it's rather than sitting in the house doing nothing, right?!
That was the only reason I wanna travel.

Okay~Continue my stories...
My nephew, Kai Jun followed us today.

When he started to be aggressive, maybe he was tired of walking...
My mom bought a doughnuts for him...
He sat on the chair in the Dunkin Donut & enjoyed it quietly~
His grandparents took care of him.

Me & my mom walked around at the Mall.
It was just a window shopping, so...
Didn't buy anything of coz.=)
When Kai Jun finished his doughnut, we went out of the mall & had a walk along the Orchard Road.
There were many shopping malls available, but they didn't catch our attention.
Another reason was, no point window shopping anymore.
We were tired too.
*haha*

We bought the walfer ice-cream again~
This time I chose corn flavour.

Another simple day passed.=)
